Building for the Future

Totton & Eling Tennis Centre's curriculum coaching programme currently covers 1 pre-school, 12 infant schools, 8 junior schools, 5 secondary schools and a tertiary college in the Totton & Waterside area and within the New Forest School-Sport Partnership. We provide around 2500 children with curriculum-time coaching, competition and after-school clubs every year.

We also provide events for local schools such as taster days for specific year groups and tournaments involving the whole school. With roadshows and provision of coaches in the playground during lunchtimes, we are totally committed to providing tennis opportunities for local children.

We have strong links with local secondary schools such as Testwood Specialist Sports College and Applemore College and provide coaching for pupils both at the school and based at the centre. Our relationship with the local tertiary college, Totton College is very strong.

During the Summer months, we provide a large amount of schools competition.
