Salary - £8,000 p.a.
Working Areas - Totton & Waterside / Eastleigh / West Southampton
Full-time position for 12 months, with possible career progression thereafter
The Tennis Apprenticeship scheme exists to provide young people, usually already tennis players, with the opportunity to work within a tennis environment, gaining invaluable experience within the field of coaching, business and administration. The position is funded through a partnership between the Totton & Eling Tennis Centre and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Lawn Tennis Association.
Training and development is of the highest priority and the scheme is designed to provide continual learning for the successful candidate. The apprenticeship will last in the first instance for a period of 1 year, however, there will be an opportunity to gain a further position within the operation thereafter. Furthermore, during the 12 month period, the apprentice will start working towards LTA qualifications (Level 1-3).
